三连休首日的居家懒散SNS快照

Direction: Afternoon on the first day of a three-day holiday, no schedule, a day of complete relaxation at home, like a non-performative, life-heavy SNS snapshot taken casually by a friend with a smartphone. Not a glamorous holiday, but a time of motionlessness on the sofa, deliberately ignoring work contacts, switching between video streaming and SNS.
Mood: Liberation of the first day of a holiday, a bit of guilt, sleepiness, listlessness. The person is unaware of being filmed, the TV show is playing, staring blankly at the smartphone. Not smiling happily, but a defenseless and calm expression with the corners of the mouth slightly relaxed.
Model: A fictional adult Japanese woman in her late 20s. Unlike a real person or celebrity, with a friendly and natural atmosphere. A healthy and soft physique, but not exaggerating or highlighting specific body parts.
Face: Thin daily makeup in a state of slightly falling off. Left and right eyelids are slightly different, natural eyebrows, not too dry lips. Not looking at the camera, but eyes falling on the smartphone screen in hand.
Hair: Medium-long hair from black to dark brown, unstyled for the holiday. Because of lying down, the back of the head is a bit flat, with a few strands of hair hanging near the cheeks. The ends of the hair have slight sleep creases and static electricity.
Body: Lying on her side on the sofa, a natural posture leaning against cushions. One leg is slightly bent, and the other leg is stretched toward the edge of the sofa. Shoulders and waist are not completely horizontal, and the body sinks into the cushions following gravity.
Skin: Natural skin without excessive skin beautification. Subtle textures on the cheeks and arms, natural color differences around the elbows and knees, and soft shadows brought by indoor lighting. Not made into uniform porcelain skin.
Outfit: Charcoal gray very loose camisole long vest. The armpit part is wide, oversized design with fabric hanging from the body, but naturally covered within the range required for daily wear. Inside is an inconspicuous soft indoor bra with cups. The bottoms are short but modestly exposed black casual shorts. Cotton fabric washed many times, with natural folds and wrinkles around the hem and shoulders.
Accessories: Almost no accessories. A thin black hair tie on the left wrist. Nails are short, nearly transparent nail polish is somewhat peeling.
Scene objects: A TV drama with subtitles is playing on the TV, but the content is indistinguishable. Beside the sofa are opened carbonated water, a bag of potato chips, a charging cable, and a TV remote. On the coffee table are half-drunk iced coffee, a tissue box, and a work smartphone face down.
Pose: Holding a private smartphone in the right hand, held below the face, slowly scrolling the screen with only the thumb. The left arm is half-buried between the cushion and the body. The neck is slightly forward, and the shoulders are completely relaxed. A moment of not turning the head even if called by the person filming.
Lighting: Natural light from an overcast day coming through half-drawn curtains, mixed with the faint bluish-white light from the TV screen. The cheek and arm on the window side are slightly brighter, and there are thin shadows on the sofa side. The whole room is not evenly illuminated, a bit like the drowsy brightness of a holiday afternoon.
Effect: A smartphone photo with weak processing. Slight noise in the dark areas, slight overexposure around the white curtains, and tiny motion blur on the hair and fingertips. A slight sense of JPEG compression when posting on SNS. Low-saturated tones, mainly life tones of gray, beige, and black.
Camera: Standard wide-angle lens of an ordinary smartphone, vertical 4:5. The photographer shoots from about 1.5 meters away diagonally in front of the sofa at standing eye level, not a position close to the floor. Not just a close-up of the character, but a distance where you can see the sofa, TV, and scattered table. The background also has some focus, without strong portrait mode or extreme blur.
Imperfections: Composition with the horizon tilted by about two degrees, one side of the cushion is deflated, the camisole straps are slightly offset left and right, tiny hairballs on the sofa, faint cup marks on the table, and the charging cable is irregularly bent. Expressions, poses, and clothes are not made perfectly symmetrical.
Background: A very ordinary Japanese rental apartment living room. Ivory walls, low TV stand, curtains that don't quite fit the size, a small potted plant in the corner, and a stacked blanket by the wall. The work bag is still thrown on the floor, but the whole room is not made extremely messy.
Atmosphere: A quiet interior with only the sound of the TV echoing. No plans to go out, an afternoon with a blurred sense of time. Because of the decision 'I won't do anything today', both the body and the room are slightly relaxed.
Composition: The person is slightly to the right of the center of the screen, the TV is in the back left, and a low table is in the front. The back of the sofa and the extended legs form a diagonal line. Not a close-up emphasizing clothes or body parts, but an environmental portrait conveying the entire holiday situation. Retaining a sense of white space and being cut off halfway like an accidental shot.
Negative: Expressions that look like minors, student-style clothing, explicit exposure, composition focused on underwear, close-ups emphasizing specific body parts, excessive low angles, provocative poses, unrealistic body proportions, excessive skin beautification, doll-like faces, plastic-like skin, perfect lighting like a commercial shoot, extreme background blur, faces like real people or celebrities, garbled text, extra fingers or limbs.
